What are the terms of your price match guarantee?
Fireside Appliance will match the price of any similar online store. For your desired price match to be considered valid for our 30-day price match guarantee, it must:
- Feature all the same specs, including the shipping method
- Include freight charges in the price
If a product meets the above terms, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to help you get the discount that you want on your desired appliance. If there are any additional fees, exceptions, or guidelines that your appliance doesn’t meet, we’ll provide you with more information so that you can shop for a new appliance or speak to a sales expert who can help you find the right appliance for your indoor or outdoor kitchen.
How do I take advantage of your price match program?
When you find a product that qualifies our price match program, all you have to do is reach out to us with the competitor’s URL linking to the product you’re asking for and provide us with the product’s specs. Unlike other price match programs, you don’t have to worry about sending screenshots of your product and worrying about whether or not your message made it over to us. We’ll do the work of making sure that your chosen appliance meets our program’s requirements.
If everything checks out, we’ll override the price in your shopping cart to reflect the price that you found on a competitor’s website.
