- Take accurate measurements to verify the product will fit in the setup location.
- Measure doorways, hallways and stairways to ensure that they are wide enough to accomodate your new purchase.
- Make sure the unloading zone and delivery path through your doorways and hallways are clear and without any obstacles.
- There must be someone 18 years or older at home to accept delivery.
- Confine all pets to a separate area.

Delivery, Installation & Warranty FAQs

Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $299. For orders under $299, your salesperson will quote the delivery charge before you finalize your order.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver indoor appliances within a 150-mile radius of our Southern California showrooms. BBQs, grills, and outdoor living products ship nationwide.
How long will my delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days. Special-order and backordered items take longer, and your salesperson will give you an ETA before you buy. Installation can't be scheduled until the product has been received by Fireside.
Do you install the appliances you sell?
Yes. We provide professional installation on local orders within 150 miles of our showrooms, using our own certified installers. Installation is quoted per order, since requirements vary a lot between a freestanding range and a fully integrated built‑in.
Will you install an appliance I bought somewhere else?
No. We install and service only products purchased from Fireside and installed by one of our certified installers. This lets us stand behind the whole job rather than inheriting someone else's work.
My appliance arrived damaged. What do I do?
Inspect the carton and the appliance before you sign. If you see visible damage, note it before signing and call us right away at 866-268-4550. If you find damage after the driver leaves, contact us immediately — damage claims cannot be accepted more than 2 days after delivery.
