The Modern Flames 29-In Zero Clearance Plug-In Electric Fireplace is a great way to update/convert your existing wood burning fireplace into a safe, on-demand fire feature. With the ability to fit into existing fireplace openings from 30"-42" in size, this unit is incredibly versatile and makes the entire process a breeze. Simply run electricity to your fireplace, plug-in the unit and slide it into place. That is it, no need for screws or attaching hardware. Any gaps that you may have between the firebox and your fireplace opening can be easily covered using one of the available trim kits for this unit (sold separately - see Options below). The firebox gives the illusion of a real wood burning fire thanks to its advanced LED lit flame projections which feature 3 stage flame brightness settings as well as the life-like Canyon Driftwood Log Set. For those that prefer a more contemporary look, this firebox also comes with Glacier Glass that can be used instead of the Driftwood for a completely different appearance.

The fireplace is capable of warming areas up to 400 Sq. Ft. in size with supplemental heat using a built-in, 4,800 BTU fan-forced heater. This not only helps to take the chill out of your room, but it also creates a soothing and welcoming space. An easy to operate thermostat ensures you get an accurate temperature setting for your room.
