This Hestan power burner can be built into your outdoor kitchen island for added outdoor cooking convenience. It features a two-burner system, with the inner brass burner producing 20,000 BTUs, and the outer tube burner contributing an additional 50,000 BTUs they combine for a combined 70,000 BTUs. The Hestan power burner also features a stainless steel, sealed burner bowl for easy cleaning. The bowl includes a drain, so you do not have to worry about spills or boil overs. The commercial grade grates are 1/2 inch diameter stainless steel rods with a removable DiamondCut Grate center. The DiamondCut Grate is 1/4 inch thick, and when removed will accommodate a 14-20 inch wok. The electric spark ignition with re-ignition capability lights quickly and reliably. The Marquis accented control panel and patented Zamak die-casted knobs perfectly match your Hestan grill, and LED lighting on the front control panel keeps your controls visible to help you cook and entertain at night. For added protection from the elements a stainless steel cover is included. This power burner features the Stealth Hestan signature color finish.
