This 304 grade stainless steel double burner reaches up to 17,000 BTUs on each burner for a total of 34,000 BTUs, allowing for precise temperature adjustments so you can get the heat you need for a great simmer. The double burner is also designed to have a matching look with all other Series 9 products, and has seamless installation and interconnectivity between products allowing for unified operation.
